Resources for Entrepreneurs
I made it a goal to create this page as an easy go, every time I mention a product I really like or something I use myself. Since my website is a journey and I am always encouraging you as my reader to blog along with me, here are all of the products and services that help me along the journey that can help you as well. I’ll add to it as I learn more, but you’ll notice that in the future I will reference this page quite often.
MailChimp-MailChimp, we’ve have some great times together. I sat down, and really took a good look at what it offers. I literally recommend it to err-body and I have come to terms with the fact that I do love Mailchimp. Click the link and you’ll get a $30 credit toward your account!
Leadpages– Pretty much the best landing page software out there. My wife is a web designer and I still use LeadPages for all my 7 Figure Dad landing pages. Just get it, you will love it.
Leadpages did something nice for our community and gave us a special link for a 14 day free trial with them. This is the first time they’ve ever done this so if you’d like to try them out, just go here.
America’s Children of Fallen Heroes: This is the charity to whom I donate 10% of all profits to. Sophia Felix is the Chapter President and an amazing person. This charity is a non-political, non-denominational, non-profit agency focused on serving the children who have lost hero parent.
Our donation will support the company’s dream development program so that they can mentor a child of a fallen hero with accomplishing their American Dream. Here at 7 Figure Dad, we consider that a huge priority.
My SteadyIncome Theme: This is the WordPress theme and framework that the 7 Figure Dad Blog runs on. SteadyIncome is the ultimate WordPress theme for online marketers, bloggers, and entrepreneurs. It’s packed with features such as a powerful subscription tool, ad optimization, featured products section, and a beautiful responsive design that will all boost your online earnings.
I chose this one because I loved the look and the fact that some amazing plug ins came along with it that helped me get started with my email list and lead boxes.
Belvin Media– My wife’s company. She does all of the tough stuff like web design, html coding, seo, logo design + more.
Blue Host: Blue Host is by far the best hosting platform out there in my opinion. I have tried everything. After doing my research and testing out Hostgator, Bluehost, Godaddy, and others, I decided on Blue Host.
And Co– Pretty much the best thing I have used so far as a freelancer. It is a real person who is basically your assistant. Mine is named Peggy and she tracks my expenses, submits invoices to my clients, deals with late payments for me, and so much other awesome stuff. They are doing a limited time offer because they are so new where new customers get 50% off the monthly plan. Click this link to get a free month plus $30 towards your membership.
Skugrid– As a dropshipper, this is a life saver. I ran into a lot of issues in the beginning like products I had listed being out of stock from the supplier when they sold in my shop. This awesome web tool takes care of that issue among others. I highly recommend it.
Paypal– Basically, you just need this. If you don’t have one and want to start making money online, it’s time to get one.
PlaceIt– You know those awesome images I put out there with iPads, iPhones, and computers that all have my images in them(Don’t worry, they have samsung too)? It’s this site! And they offer free images up to a certain pixel/image size. Go create!
Canon EOS Rebel T5 EF-S 18-55mm IS II Digital SLR Kit– The camera I use is the t3i but sadly is getting discontinued. So, this is the T5, a great model that will do very well!
Ravelli APLT4 61-inch Light Weight Aluminum Tripod With Bag-Here is the tripod I use for my camera. It’s great for video and timed shots for some self portraits. It’s also toddler-proof so far, so that is a big plus.
My Ultimate Guide to Starting Your Own Network Marketing Blog-I set you up with a step by step guide on how to start your own blog just like I did. Make sure to let me know if you do! I’d love to follow your work.
Google Drive– I use this for basically everything. It helps me keep track of notes, make lead magnets, trip wires, etc., and even helps with my mlm biz. Why have a rolodex of business cards or a “For Knox in a Box,” when you can just upload all your prospects to your Google Sheets and have access to it everywhere and anywhere?
The Four Hour Work Week– A book by Tim Ferris that I reference a lot in my blogs. It’s one of the few books I was able to read when I first got started in personal development, and a book that really helped me identify with who I was as an entrepreneur and be okay with it.
I Will Teach You to be Rich– I saw this book in my wife’s library and for some reason, it really intrigued me. A few hours later I was half way through the book! Ramit has such a great voice and really has a lot to offer when it comes to financial education.
