100 Subscribers and Why You Have to Set Goals

I woke up today with exciting news! I set a goal for the end of the month that was actually destroyed!

I said that I wanted to lock in 100 subscribers and we did it!

We actually blew it out of the water last night.

Thirty new subscribers joined in one night and I couldn’t be more fired up.

I wanted to take time to write about this because hitting 100 subscribers, from what I’ve read, can be very difficult to accomplish and most bloggers never reach it.

Getting started, I saw a ton of the percentages of succeeding online weren’t going to be in my favor.

I, however, never let that kind of shit prevent me from doing anything.

So we hit the mark on subscribers. What now?

Well, before I begin, I’d like to thank everyone who has followed me on this journey so far.

I think it’s amazing that there’s that many people wanting to keep up to date with what’s happening in my world.

Being a dad and building business from home has been quite the adventure and I’m excited to see who’s been following since day one.

Now, with all that said, the goal is 10,000 in 2016.

Yes, I know that is quite the jump.

The funny thing though about 100 subscribers is that when you hit that mark, you know how to hit 10,000.

It just takes a shit ton more of what you’re already doing. I think that goal will get hit this next year 100%.

So, what’s the lesson here?

Deciding to set goals is key.

I think that’s the big take away here.

A few months ago, my website was basically going nowhere it felt like.

One of the things I realized I wasn’t doing was setting goals.

Remember, goals to not become real until they are written down.

I started writing my goals down, then I hit 10, 15, 20, 40,60 etc.

One of my goals here shortly, in the next week or 2, is to come out with a free “How To” training and explain how the average blogger can actually get over that hump and hit the 100 mark.

And I am currently working on an even more bad ass FREE e-course called From Nervous Newbie 2 Bad Ass Blogger in 7 days.

This is for you if you haven’t quite yet made the full plunge into blogging but want to.  I will give you a ton of information in only 7 days all emailed to you.  You don’t want to miss this.

In fact, you can join the early bird list here:

From Nervous Newbie

I really don’t think I’m the most talented person in the world, just figured out a couple useful tips along with goal setting and poof, I hit it.

If you’re not writing goals down, whether you’re blogging, doing network marketing, day trading, or doing anything for that matter, you will have a very difficult time finding success.

I literally have two spiral notebooks glued to me at all times so that I can take notes, and write out goals.

Ever since really taking my goal setting serious, I found massive success in everything I did.

Alright, in closing I wanted to wish you all a merry Christmas this week and a happy new year.

I know that this is, and should be, the time to spend with your family and loved ones.

I believe, however, that this also should be the time you’re putting in the most work in your business, prepping for a massive 2016.

I’m not one of those people that gets SO into the new years resolutions but I do think it can be helpful for a lot of people mentally to just shake off 2015 and start new.

So make sure you’re putting in the work now, and reap the rewards later on.

I’m letting everyone know there will be no Friday Happy Hour this week, because of the holidays.

I don’t want to make someone miserable this week and force them to do a blog for me when they should be overdosing on ham and eggnog.

Thank you again, one more time, for all your continued support.

We’re gonna crush some records this year, and I’m excited that you’ll be able to see it first hand!

Please make sure to like, share, and or tweet this bad boy! Take care!!
